In this article, we explain which PeopleSync Frontend logfiles to send to messageconcept support when asked to do so.
The logs contain personal data, including, but not limited to account names, IP addresses.
Frontend log
The frontend log is located at: C:\Windows\temp\php_peoplesync_errors.log
If this is not the case, the location of the Frontend log can be seen in IIS Manager:

Open IIS Manager on the frontend

Select the "PeopleSync" website

On the right, open "PHP Manager"

Under "PHP Settings", there is an entry named "Error log". This is the frontend log file.
IIS Logs
The IIS logs for the PeopleSync Frontend are located at: C:\inetpub\logs\logfiles\W3SVC2
Usually, it is sufficient to send the 5 most recent files.
