Third-Party systems can access PeopleSync contact data through a set of database tables. The schema is as follows:
Access to these tables is read-only. Any changes to the tables will be reverted once the respective Agent runs. Changes made in these tables will also not be propagated to devices.
The ContactPhoneNumber.FmtNumber is the telephone number formatted in E.164 format, i.e. +49123456789.
Please enable the “Enable external caller ID” setting in System Settings. Then set a default country code for each address list. This will improve formatting accuracy when the country can’t be deduced from the contact.
Note: Please be advised that this data is only available for address lists that are updated via a PeopleSync Agent.
